The analysis, risk scores, summaries, and recommendations provided by Livelli are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, legal opinions, or the practice of law. Livelli is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livelli and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, contracts, data, or other intangible losses, even if Livelli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Livelli's AI analysis may not be 100% accurate. Contract analysis is complex and the Service may miss issues, misinterpret clauses, or provide incorrect risk assessments. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that Livelli makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Livelli immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared.
Business plan subscriptions are billed monthly at $1,200 USD. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of Livelli are owned by Livelli and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any contracts you upload to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Livelli reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Livelli reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
